On September 20, the meeting on adjusting the primary member of leading group in SUEP was held on Yangpu Campus. Chen Hao, Vice Minister of the Organization Department of Shanghai municipal committee, announced that Li Mingfu was appointed as Chair of the University Council.The members of Leading group, middle-level cadres, and school representatives attended this meeting.
