On the eve of the 65th founding anniversary of Shanghai University of Electric Power, the special issue of think tanks—Innovation and Development in Energy and Electric Power—officially launched its initial publication. University President Li Hexing sent his warm congratulations and personally drafted the foreword. The inauguration of the special issue marked the important achievements in the construction of the Belt and Road Energy and Electricity Management and Development Strategy Research Center.
The Center is a key research base of humanities and social sciences in Shanghai universities. The release of a more influential energy power special issue is an important task and mission in the construction of the Center.
Twelve articles will be published in the first issue after senior experts’ careful review, the authors’ serious revision and the editors’ industrious editing. At present, the editorial department is engaged in the follow-up work, striving to make it an outstanding publication with unique features.
