On the morning of November 19, Sun Tao, the deputy secretary of Party Committee of Shanghai Branch of China Huadian Corporation, paid a visit to SUEP for investigation with his team. They firstly watched the sand table of new energy micro-grid demonstration project, and listened to the introduction on the new generation of green campus by Ma Chen, the deputy director of the Office of Lingang Campus Construction. Then they went to the Smart Micro-grid Management and Control Center, where Ma Chen explained in detail the operation mode of campus micro-grid and its function of updating various data in real time. Lastly, they visited the Faculty Home, which includes coffee bar, audio-visual room, massage room, consulting room and gymnasium.
During the meeting, Mao Jingtao, the executive vice chairman of Labor Union, introduced measures taken to serve the development of the school in recent years, and to improve the satisfaction of faculty and staff; he also looked backed the joint efforts with Shanghai Branch of China Hudian Cooperation in the past three years to establish a communication and cooperation platform for power industry. Sun Tao briefed the Shanghai Branch and its Labor Union. And the two sides reached a preliminary consensus on next cooperation.
