On September 27, the China Integrated Energy Service Industry Summit Forum was successfully held in Beijing with the theme of promoting the development of clean and smart energy, building an integrated energy service ecology. The forum was organized by the State Grid Integrated Energy Service Group, under the guidance of the National Development and Reform Commission and the State Grid Corporation of China. More than 500 Representatives from National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Energy Administration, energy enterprises and Internet enterprises, as well as research institutes conducted in-depth discussions on the comprehensive energy service industry and offered suggestions for its healthy and rapid development. General Manager of the State Grid Xin Baoan and other guests made the opening speech.
Li Hexing, president of our school, was invited to attend the forum and delivered a keynote speech at the parallel forum Digital Economy and Comprehensive Energy Services hosted by Xu Qiang, director of the National Energy Conservation Center. In his speech, Li Hexing introduced our university's overall progress in building a high-level application-oriented university in terms of talent training, discipline construction, scientific and technological innovation and international cooperation. He also expounded the successful practice of the smart micro-grid demonstration project in our school from the aspects of operation mode, innovation achievements, social influence, energy conservation and demonstration effect.
