Recently the Society of China University Journals has released the final selecting results of the Top 100 China University ST-oriented Journals for the Year 2020. Among them there is Journal of Shanghai University of Electric Power. This is the first time for our journal to receive this honor.
The event is initiated by the Society of China University Journals every two years. And the Top 100 China University ST-Oriented to Journals for the Year 2020, were singled out based on the objective data provided by Peking University Core Database, CSCD Database, ST Core Database, CNKI Evaluation Database, Wanfang Database（Expanded Edition）, the Choicest and Top 100 ST Journals suggested by ISTIC, and CNKI Data on International Influence as well as the comprehensive academic data offered by the few major retrieve databases in China. Through the rigid selection by the Evaluation Committee, the Top 100 University Journals were singled out from more than 1000 memberships of the Society. We learn from some sources that as many as 19 university ST-oriented journals in Shanghai have been conferred this honor.
In recent years, the Editorial Office of our university journal has been maintaining the correct orientation in terms of publication with the three disciplinary advantages in clean power generation, smart grid, and green energy. We focus on the academic frontiers at home and abroad, striving to build up a choicest platform for all.
