On November 22, Xu Kai, the deputy committee secretary and vice president of SUEP, and Wang Guohua, the director of the People’s Armed Forces Department, together with party committee secretaries and deputy secretaries of related secondary colleges visited the 70 students of SUEP in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, who in September joined the 73rd Group Army of Eastern Theater Command. Xu encouraged those students to cherish the opportunities in the army to display their talents, and put forward expectations to them. Party committee secretaries and deputy secretaries of related secondary colleges gave them the greeting cards and gifts prepared by their classmates.
