The “Belt and Road”Energy Power Management and Development Strategy Research Center was SUEP’s first Shanghai Higher Education Liberal & Arts Key Research Base. The Center was first established in February, 2016.In the symposium, Director Shi Quansheng introduced the Center’s construction goals and work focus, and ongoing researches. Zhao Wenhui gave a detailed report on the Center’s construction background, major research interests and so on.
