On April 15, Vice President Weng Peifen led a team to Shidongkou No.2 Power Plant, belonging to Huaneng Power International Inc.. The team was warmly welcomed by manager Ji Fumin and Xu Ting. The Plant is now undergoing a comprehensive environmental reform, which calls for professional guidance and participation. The reform provides opportunity for SUEP teachers for field practice. Altogether 8 teachers are going to the Plant for temporary study and research.
